Reverse osmosis technology is a modern high-tech that has only developed in China in recent years. Reverse osmosis is the process of applying a pressure greater than osmotic pressure to a solution, allowing water to pass through a specially designed semi permeable membrane and separate from the solution. Because this process is opposite to infiltration, it is called reverse osmosis. According to the different osmotic pressures of various materials, a reverse osmosis method greater than osmotic pressure can be used for a certain solution to achieve the purpose of separating, extracting, purifying, and concentrating the solution. The reverse osmosis device is mainly used to separate the ion range in the solution. It does not require heating or phase change process, so it has lower energy consumption than traditional methods.

● High degree of automation in operation, no need for manual supervision, automatic shutdown when water is full, automatic startup when water is dry, automatic control for timed flushing of pre filter materials, and online display of conductivity of raw water and pure water;

▲ Raw water tank and pump: The main function is to maintain a constant system water supply pressure and stabilize the water supply volume.
Multi medium filter: also known as quartz sand filter, it uses a filter with multiple filtering layers, mainly to remove substances such as sediment, rust, colloidal substances, suspended solids, etc. with particles above 20um in the raw water. The system can perform a series of operations such as backwashing and forward flushing. Main function: Ensure the water production quality of the equipment and extend its service life.
▲ Activated carbon filter: Using fruit shell activated carbon, not only can it adsorb electrolyte ions, but it can also remove pigments, odors, a large amount of biochemical organic matter in water, reduce residual chlorine value, pesticide pollutants, and trihalides. The system can perform a series of operations such as backwashing and forward flushing. Main function: Ensure the water production quality of the equipment and extend its service life.

▲ Security filter: A 5um filter element is used to trap a small amount of mechanical impurities that have leaked through the pre-treatment system. The filter cylinder is made of SUS304 material and is equipped with a PPF filter element inside. This filter element is a deep filtration element with high efficiency and low resistance. Suitable for further purification of water with low suspended impurities (turbidity less than 5 degrees). Main function: Ensure that the water particle size entering the reverse osmosis membrane is less than 5um.
▲ High pressure pump: Because the reverse osmosis membrane requires high pressure during operation, the high pressure pump is the main operating equipment of the reverse osmosis system, providing a power source for the operation of the reverse osmosis device. Low pressure and high pressure protection switches are installed at the inlet and outlet of the high-pressure pump. When the inlet pressure value is lower than the set value (0.05Mpa), the high-pressure pump is stopped to prevent damage caused by suction; When the inlet pressure is higher than the set value (1.5Mpa), stop the high-pressure pump to protect the high-pressure pump and membrane components from damage.
▲ Reverse osmosis system: By pressurizing with a pump and using a reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of 1/10000um, high concentration water is transformed into water of any concentration, while isolating all impurities such as industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc. that are mixed into the water, thereby achieving the physical and chemical indicators and hygiene standards specified for purified water. Due to the fact that the water purity produced by reverse osmosis technology is currently the highest among all water production technologies mastered by humans, with a cleanliness level of almost 100%.
